How to measure for TOMS
TOMS' own instructions: measure at the end of the day, step on paper with your heel lightly touching a wall, wear the socks you plan to wear in the shoes, mark the end of your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark. Compare both feet and use the longer one.
TOMS fit guidance
TOMS run true to size and are made in one medium width only -- there are no narrow or wide fittings, so if width is your issue, size is not the lever. The canvas and suede uppers stretch and relax slightly with wear, so TOMS' own guidance is that if you wear two different sizes depending on style, choose the SMALLER size.
