Does Skechers run small?
No. By its own size chart, Skechers sizes in line with most brands in both men's and women's sizes. A 27 cm foot is a men's US 9 in Skechers and in 22 of 34 other brands' charts. Charts show how a brand means its sizes to fit, not how any one shoe feels, so read Skechers's own fit advice below as well.

Skechers width chart
Skechers publishes 4 men's and 2 women's width fittings. The standard fitting is D in men's and B in women's, so a D is the standard men's fitting but a wider women's one. Check which chart a letter belongs to before carrying it across.

Skechers fit guidance
Skechers casual and Relaxed Fit styles often run large; GOwalk runs generously while GO RUN performance styles fit closer to true to size. If between sizes, choose the smaller size for a secure fit in casual styles. Verified against two independently-agreeing retailer transcriptions of Skechers's own chart; US 4–6 are estimated since the published table starts at US 6.5. Skechers children's sizing runs in three bands: toddler sizes carry a T suffix (5T to 10.5T), then little kid 11 to 13.5, then the numbering restarts at 1 for older kids. The T suffix is what keeps a 5T and a 5 distinct, so check which band a listing is in before ordering.
