Saucony Shoe Size Chart
Saucony's own published size chart, covering a 21.5cm to 31.5cm foot, with 2 real width fittings rather than length alone, including a children's chart Saucony publishes itself. Every figure below is keyed to a measured foot length rather than converted from another size number. Open the calculator with Saucony selected to read it against all 35 brands at once.
Does Saucony run small?
For women's sizes, yes. By its own size chart, Saucony is in line with most brands in men's sizes and runs about half a size small in women's sizes. A 24 cm foot is a women's US 7 in 16 of 34 other brands' charts, and a US 7.5 in Saucony. Charts show how a brand means its sizes to fit, not how any one shoe feels, so read Saucony's own fit advice below as well.
| Foot length | Saucony | Most common in other brands |
|---|---|---|
| Men's, 25.5 cm | US 7.5 | US 7.5 (20 of 34) |
| Men's, 27 cm | US 9 | US 9 (22 of 34) |
| Men's, 28.5 cm | US 10.5 | US 10.5 (19 of 34) |
| Women's, 23 cm | US 6.5 | US 6 (15 of 33) |
| Women's, 24 cm | US 7.5 | US 7 (16 of 34) |
| Women's, 25 cm | US 8.5 | US 8 (16 of 34) |
How this is worked out: every foot length from 25 to 29 cm (men's) and 22.5 to 26 cm (women's), in 1 mm steps, is read against Saucony's chart and the other 34 brands' charts the way the calculator reads them, rounding up between sizes. The answer is the average gap between Saucony's size and the size the other brands give most often. See the methodology.

Saucony width chart
Saucony publishes 2 men's and 2 women's width fittings. The standard fitting is D in men's and B in women's, so a D is the standard men's fitting but a wider women's one. Check which chart a letter belongs to before carrying it across.
Men's fittings
| Fitting | What Saucony calls it |
|---|---|
| D | Medium (standard) |
| 2E | Wide |
Women's fittings
| Fitting | What Saucony calls it | Note |
|---|---|---|
| B | Medium (standard) | |
| D | Wide | Careful: a D is Saucony's WIDE women's fitting, while a D is the STANDARD men's fitting |
Not every model is made in every fitting. Enter a forefoot width in the calculator and it returns Saucony's own fitting for your foot. The width chart compares fittings across brands, and the wide-feet guide shows how to tell whether your foot is wide.
How to measure for Saucony
Measure heel-to-toe standing, using the longer foot. Measure later in the day or after a run, when feet are at their largest.
Saucony fit guidance
Saucony running shoes generally run true to size. As with most running brands, leaving about a thumb's width of room at the toe is the usual recommendation, so many runners take a half size up from their everyday shoe. Saucony's children's range covers roughly a 16cm to 26cm foot. Their kids' sizes carry a K suffix up to 13.5K before restarting at 1. Saucony warns that a heel-to-toe measurement is shorter than the centimeter printed on the shoebox, and that they adjust some sizes for shoe materials. The figures here are heel-to-toe foot length. Saucony offers width options on many models: men's D (standard) and 2E (wide), women's B (standard) and D (wide), so a D means standard in men's and wide in women's. Some Saucony models also come in a 4E men's and 2E women's extra-wide, but that is model-dependent and not shown here because Saucony publishes no width chart of its own; check the specific shoe.
